M6 Titanium Bolt

M6 titanium bolts in Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V (TC4), 1.0mm pitch throughout, for bicycle and motorcycle builds. Our widest M-size range — 16 head profiles covering everything from caliper mounting to engine covers.

Head types in this collection:

  • ISO7380 button head and DIN912 socket cap — the two standards you will meet most often
  • Flange Torx T30, including CNC-machined versions up to 90mm
  • Small flange hex and drilled flange hex with lockwire holes
  • Umbrella, umbrella disc and umbrella flat heads — wide thin heads for disc brakes
  • Countersunk Torx T30 for flush mounting
  • Tapered and chamfered heads with anti-fall-off titanium washers
  • 12-point bi-hex flange for engine fastening, and a ball-seat head sized for Suzuki GSXR and Yamaha brake discs
