M5 Titanium Bolt

M5 titanium bolts in Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V (TC4), the workhorse thread size for bicycles. All M5 bolts here use a 0.8mm pitch and are sold individually.

Head types in this collection:

  • Torx T25 button head — disc brake rotor bolts, compatible with Hayes, SRAM, Avid, Formula, IRD, Magura and Shimano rotors
  • DIN912 socket cap — general purpose, 10–70mm, 4mm Allen key
  • DIN7991 countersunk — full thread, sits flush
  • Flying saucer and umbrella Torx — wide low-profile heads for brake and cover mounting
  • Tapered and chamfered heads with captive titanium washers — the washer will not fall off during installation
  • Bottle cage and seatpost hardware — including a seatpost set with matching nut and washer
