Installation, Anti-Seize & Torque Recommendations

Apply a thin, even coat of high-temperature titanium anti-seize paste or copper lubricant to the threads (keep conical seat dry and clean). Using a calibrated manual torque wrench with a plastic-sleeved 17mm thin-wall socket, tighten in a criss-cross star sequence to 135–140 N·m (100–103 lb-ft). Re-torque after 100 km (60 miles).
