Installation & Torque Recommendations

Titanium threads require proper lubrication to prevent galling (cold welding). Apply a light coat of high-temperature anti-seize paste or medium-strength thread locker to the threads before tightening. When using anti-seize, reduce recommended factory steel torque by approximately 15%–20% to prevent over-stretching. Always use a calibrated manual torque wrench.
