M5 Titanium Bolt

M5 titanium bolts machined from aerospace Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V (TC4), the workhorse thread size for bicycles and precision lightweight builds. All M5 bolts feature precision rolled M5 × 0.8mm threads and are sold individually.

Head types in this collection:

  • Torx T25 button head — disc brake rotor bolts, compatible with Hayes, SRAM, Avid, Formula, IRD, Magura and Shimano rotors
  • DIN912 socket cap — general purpose, 10–70mm, driven by a 4mm hex key
  • DIN7991 countersunk — full thread, sits flush in countersunk mountings
  • Flying saucer and umbrella Torx — wide low-profile heads for brake and cover mounting
  • Tapered and chamfered heads with captive titanium washers — captive washer design prevents drop-off during cockpit assembly
  • Bottle cage and seatpost hardware — including seatpost sets with matching barrel nuts and concave washers
