M8 Titanium Bolt

M8 titanium bolts in Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V (TC4), 1.25mm pitch, aimed at motorcycle chassis, brake and engine hardware as well as heavier bicycle applications.

Head types in this collection:

  • ISO7380 button head and DIN912 socket cap — 10–70mm
  • DIN7991 countersunk, full thread up to 90mm
  • Chamfered column Torx T40 and flying saucer Torx T40
  • Small flange hex for motorcycle brake mounting
  • Drilled hex flange and caliper bolts with lockwire holes
  • Shouldered disc brake bolts with an unthreaded shank, sized for Suzuki and Yamaha rotors
  • 12-point bi-hex flange in 28/30/32mm for BBS wheel hubs, in both 1.0 and 1.25mm pitch
  • CNC flange Torx T40 up to 120mm
