Return & Refund Policy
At TIANSWER, we manufacture high-performance Grade 5 titanium alloy fasteners engineered to exact specifications. Given the critical mechanical role our hardware plays in vehicle safety and performance, we maintain a highly strict return policy to guarantee that every product we ship is in uncompromised, factory-new condition.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns for Customer Sizing/Specification Errors
All TIANSWER fasteners are technical components. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to verify the precise dimensions (Diameter, Length, Pitch) and compatibility with their specific vehicle or component (e.g., brake calipers, suspension systems) using official Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) or professional measurement tools prior to purchasing.
• We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if you order the wrong size, pitch, or specification.
• All sales are final once the order is dispatched, unless the product received is demonstrably defective or an incorrect item was shipped by our warehouse.
2. Strict "No-Installation" Rule for Defective Claims
Titanium hardware undergoes microscopic stress once torqued. If you believe you have received a materially defective product or an incorrect item shipped by our error, the following conditions must be met to qualify for an evaluation:
• The fastener must be 100% uninstalled, unused, and show zero signs of tooling, threading, or mechanical engagement.
• Any hardware showing wrench marks, scratches, thread wear, or indications of attempted installation is strictly ineligible for return or exchange, regardless of the claim.
3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., we shipped an item different from your order confirmation), you must request an RMA within 7 days of delivery.
• Step 1: Contact service@tianswer.com with your Order Number.
• Step 2: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs detailing the alleged defect or the incorrect item received alongside the original packaging.
• Step 3: If approved, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected and disposed of at the sender's expense.
4. Damaged in Transit
If your items arrive damaged due to shipping, please retain all original packaging and immediately contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming "item not received" when tracking shows delivered, or filing a dispute to bypass this return policy) is a violation of our terms. We meticulously document all shipments, tracking data, and communication, and will vigorously contest invalid disputes. Legal action may be pursued to recover funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks.
