3. Product Liability & Installation Disclaimer (IMPORTANT) High-performance vehicle modifications involve inherent risks. TIANSWER products, including our Grade 5 titanium fasteners, are engineered to specific tolerances.

  • Professional Installation Required: We strictly mandate that all structural and critical components be installed by certified mechanics using properly calibrated tools to the exact torque specifications outlined by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIANSWER disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, vehicle damage, bodily injury, or death) arising from improper installation, metal fatigue, misuse, off-road racing, or failure to perform routine mechanical maintenance.

4. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver This Legal Notice and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this website or your purchase shall be submitted to the XI’AN Court of International Arbitration for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time.
