To provide you with a seamless excellent shopping experience, we offer the following shipping options and value-added services:
Shipping Tiers & Options
Free Expedited Shipping (Orders over $300USD)
Carrier: FedEx or UPS or DHL (Standard)
Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days (subject to normal customs clearance)
Eligibility: Non-remote addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Norway, Thailand, Canada, and Switzerland.
Free Standard Shipping (Orders over $19.99 USD)
Eligibility: Available to approximately 60 countries and regions worldwide. (Note: If your country is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.)
Processing & Delivery Times
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before they are shipped.
Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that transit times may occasionally be impacted by uncontrollable external factors, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or global health measures.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Special Duty-Paid Service (US, EU & UK Only)
For customers shipping to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, we offer Premium shipping service which our logistics partners will handle all customs clearance procedures, and we will pay all destination import duties and Value-Added Tax (VAT) on your behalf. This ensures a hassle-free delivery with no unexpected charges upon arrival.
General Tax Policy (The Others Regions)
Unless the US, EU, and UK, all international shipments are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
Customer Responsibility: You (the buyer) are considered the importer of record. Customers are fully responsible for the payment of all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and local sales taxes prior to or upon delivery. TIANSWER does not collect these fees at checkout for Standard shipments and cannot reimburse them under any circumstances.
Variable Costs: Customs policies vary widely. The shipping fees paid at checkout cover only the transportation costs and do not include potential import liabilities.
Clearance Delays: Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for specific duty rates before placing an order via Standard shipping.
Order Tracking & FAQs
- Can I track my order during transportation?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package's progress directly at:

- Why does my tracking show "No Available Information Currently"?
Due to carrier system update cycles, it typically takes
2–5 business days for tracking information to sync online. Additionally, multiple items purchased in the same order are sometimes shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery, even if combined shipping was requested.
